As a respected client, you are offered one of two types of virtual tours –
– A 3D Walkthrough Tour
– A 360° Panoramic Tour
We offer excellent high quality and a truly interactive viewer experience for both methods. The main difference is that the 3D Tour will allow the user to manually ‘walk-through’ the property from end to end. While with the 360° Tour, the user will be able to go from one room directly to other rooms in the property. ‘Jump-Through’ rather than ‘Walk-Through’!
Cost
3D Walkthrough Virtual Tour Package – €150 plus the equivalent of 15% of the total area of the property. Example: a 150m2 property is charged at €172.50 (plus VAT).
360° Panoramic Tour Package – €80 plus the equivalent of 10% of the total area of the property. Example: a 150m2 property is charged at €95.00 (plus VAT).
